Description
Puncheur Place is a semi-detached cottage on a private Estate in the middle of cycling country at the foot of Ide Hill nr Hever. It is quiet yet accessible to dozens of pubs/golf. The garden is west facing and large. Perfect for outdoor picnics. The cottage is not huge, but cozy. Many footpaths. This is Tudor County so many period properties and pubs nearby. Indeed our Estate was once owned by Thomas Boleyn, then Mary Boleyn after the beheading of her sister Anne in 1533. #puncheurplace The space Puncheur Place is on a private road so it is relatively quiet and surrounded by barley and oat fields. The outside area has been developed to cater to cyclists. There is secure storage, pump, washing down area and outdoor laundry room. The 5 beds are comfy with French linen bedding. There is a wood burner in the lounge for romantic winter evenings away from the hustle and bustle of London. Guest access The cottage and garden is for your exclusive use. A footpath and a bridle way run through the Estate so one can obviously use them. Other things to note Please take a look at our ‘Look Book’ if you are not familiar with West Kent.
