The Bolthole Ilkley - Self contained Guest Suite

Bright, modern, luxury self contained guest suite at ground level of the hosts house. The accommodation is open plan with a large ensuite shower room and kitchen area equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. The Bolthole has its own private entrance at the rear of the property, from the patio and overlooks the pretty cottage garden. The suite is an easy 5-10 minutes flat walk into the town centre, and just a five minutes uphill walk to Ilkley Moor. The space The Bolthole, recently refurbished, has its own private entrance accessed via a key stored in key safe, and overlooks the pretty garden. The accommodation is open plan with a large ensuite shower room off the bedroom area, with high quality toiletries provided. There is a comfy seating area to relax, with reading light, TV and WiFi. The kitchenette comprises of a fridge with an icebox, kettle, toaster and microwave, a mini potable induction hob, a table and 2 chairs. There are ample utensils, crockery and cookware for preparing simple meals. We provide a welcome pack with plenty for breakfasts, plus salt and pepper, t.towel, dish cloth and washing up liquid. There is seating on the patio area. We adhere to very strict standards of cleaning and hygiene, with full clean down and sanitising between guests. Guest access The suite is accessed via a key stored in a key safe for self check in if required. Guests have access to the patio with patio table and chairs. Other things to note Early check in available on request. We welcome cyclists and provide safe storage within the suite, a hose to wash your bike and a maintenance stand.
