Villa Pasiphae is a beautiful and quiet newly-built complex of 3 levels comprising an open plan space with a sitting room, a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms/WC. The Villa is ideal for families, couples or friends. The space Villa Pasiphae is entirely autonomous and its facade is made of stones. At the street level there are 2 private parking spaces which belong to the building and are offered for free to its guests. Climbing around 20 outdoor steps, you reach the level of the main veranda that is surrounded by a pergola, lawn, stone bench and a table with 6 chairs. On the same level, you find the entrance of the villa, where, on your left side, there is the living room with comfortable sofas, a big TV, the dining room and an air-condition. On your right there is a comfortable and fully furnished kitchen with built-in cupboards, refrigerator and electric cooker. There is also a WC with a shower. Climbing 10 steps, you reach the top level where there is a bedroom with a double bed, a work desk, an air-condition and a wardrobe with 4 compartments, as well as a private balcony with a table and chairs. In the same floor there is also a bathroom with a bathtub. The 2nd fully equipped bedroom is located at the level below the open plan space and you reach it on top of 5 steps. It consists of a double and a transformable single bed, air-condition and a wardrobe with 4 compartments. Also a washing machine is provided on the same level. A bathroom with a bathtub is available and a small balcony too. Guest access Villa Pasiphae is only 2 minutes away(by foot) from the main beach of Agia Pelagia which is located in a peaceful bay. The area seems untouched by annoying noise, shielded even against the passing winds since the beach with the blue-green waters is well protected from the northerly winds. Quite importantly, it has been awarded a blue flag. The beach is long and narrow with sand, shallow and deep waters with beautiful flora and fauna that offers the possibility of diving lessons. There are also various water sports for rent, from canoe, sea bikes to jet skis and boats. Naturally, you are able to rent umbrellas/sun loungers at the beach, -upon availability- with some extra charge. There is also a possibility to visit other beautiful beaches, by swimming, by private car, or on foot. There is a great variety of traditional taverns where you can select fresh fish and other seafood directly fished from the magnificent bay of Agia Pelagia. This place is a small holiday resort located at an area that once served as a commercial harbor up until the beginning of the 20th century. Today it has been transformed to a very popular tourist resort that offers all amenities such as supermarkets with international magazines, souvenir shops, pharmacy and medical assistance.
