The green house is a three bedroom house with a private pool located in the charming agricultural village of Pendamodi near Iraklio. The space The house features a modern open plan fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, microwave, gas hob and refrigerator.An adjacent breakfast room overlooks the garden/pool and external decking area. A separate open dining area off the entrance with some full height wall cupboards, living room, X-box, blue-tooth speaker to link with your phone etc and free WiFi. Upstairs all bedrooms have built in wardrobes, plus mosquito blinds which on hot nights are invaluable as we always slept with the windows and balcony doors open throughout summer without concern. All bedrooms have a fan. One private balcony furnished with table and chairs accessible from two of the bedrooms. Upstairs bathroom has a large walk in shower, basin and toilet. The garden has a swimming pool with sun beds, large partially covered decking area furnished with family sized bench table, hammock, BBQ and kids playhouse. There are a few kids toys in the house. Communal parking is nearby. Guest access Guests have complete run of the house. Other things to note Flexible check in/check out times. An extra bed can be set in the small bedroom for a 6th person. There is an option, upon request for extra charge for cleaning. Giorgos my friend will discreetly clean the pool twice weekly for your enjoyment.
