The house is located not far from the sea, it is a whole house with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom, there is another house on the plot where the owners live, the only common entrance is from the street, the beach is 5-7 minutes walk. The area is mountainous, beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. The house has 3 rooms, a bathroom, and a small kitchen, there is a barbecue area. A baby crib, pebble beach is located in the area of the former Vesna boarding house, from which there is a train (Lastochka) one stop to the city center. There is a cafe nearby, and a mini shop.
