Boulder House is a modern detatched seaside cottage with french windows and a large decking area, with stunning views over Gruinard Bay, the Sutherland Mountains and the Summer Isles. The fenced property has privat parking and is perfectly located for exploring the beautiful westcoast beaches, relaxing and enjoying the spectacular surrounding landscape. Boulder House is the perfect base for all sorts of outdoor activities like walking, cycling, photography, kayaking or fishing. The space An open-plan design with french windows overlooking the sea provides the house with some of the most spectacular views in Scotland. In front is a large decking area equipped with wooden garden furniture offering the perfect setting to enjoy this scenery. A wooden path is leading to a second decking even closer to the sea in front of the property. A modern black and white theme runs throughout the interior with smooth charcoal coloured floor tiles covering the entire ground floor. The kitchen is fully fitted to the newest standards with dishwasher, ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge and freezer. The utility room with washer-dryer is located next to the kitchen. There is an oil-fired central heating system with an additional solid fuel and wood burning stove in the living room area, for cosy nights in the cold season. In addition to this spacious living area on the ground floor there is also a bathroom with wet room and toilet. On the first floor are two double bedrooms with Velux windows to the back of the house and dormer windows facing the sea. First thing in the morning sitting up in bed, you can see the sun rise over the hills on the other side of Gruinard bay. A sofabed on the landing offers two aditional sleeps and there is also a second toilet on this floor . Cot and high chair are available on request. Bed linen and towels are provided.
