Cozy & minimalist Writer’s cabin by the sea The space The 20m2 writer’s cabin for a creative retreat or an inspiring getaway in the nature. The cabin has a studio room with a kitchenette, a shower/toilet, and a sunny terrace. The iving/sleeping/working space has a heat pump/AC and the shower/toilet has floor heating. There is a sofa bed for sleeping & daydreaming, a writing nook for creative work, a nice selection of books, and a cozy dining area with forest view. It is a short walk (200 m) to the beach, and there are jogging, hiking abd biking tracks nearby. There is a bbq in the garden and outdoor furniture (dining set and sun loungers) for terrace life (April-October). The village has a small shop/cafe open all year round. The local restaurant and pub, are generally open during the summer season. It is a 1,2 km walk from the bus stop/village centre to the cabin. Direct bus service from Tallinn 3 times a day on weekdays (bus 159); connections with 1 change available on weekends & holidays. Guest access The cabin lies in its own privacy, surrounded by a juniper & pine grove. The windows open into the garden and to the terrace, the parking space is right behind the house. Other things to note - Fits 2, ideal for 1. - The bed is a 130x190 sofa bed with wooden frame and a futon mattress (+top mattress & mattress cover). - The cabin is not suitable for infants & children under 12 years of age. - No pets, sorry. - The area is not fenced. - No open fire in or around the house. - Silent hours: from 10pm to 9 am. - Please agree any extra guests on the premises with the owner. No extra guests during silent hours. - You will be in the nature, so we invite you to be careful and respectful towards the small wild animals, birds and reptiles you might meet.
