Welcome to our Cozy Nest, a Charming Home in Sélestat! Discover a peaceful haven ideally located in the heart of Alsace, perfect for getaways with family, friends, or as a couple. You’ll be welcomed into our former family home—a warm, fully equipped space ready to offer you comfort and tranquility. The space ♦ Inside: A spacious, light-filled living room with a cozy sectional sofa, a TV, and everything you need to relax after a day of exploring. An open, inviting kitchen equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, and essential condiments—a perfect space for aspiring chefs! Three spacious and comfortable bedrooms: a master suite with a king-size bed and two double bedrooms. All beds are made upon arrival to give you an immediate sense of welcome. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub. Towels are provided for added convenience. ♦ Outside: Enjoy a private 150 m² garden and a terrace furnished for outdoor moments, whether it's breakfast or a dinner under the stars. Two parking spaces are available for a hassle-free stay. ♦ Services and Amenities: Free Wifi, TV, and a crib with a comfortable mattress for little ones. Underfloor heating for cozy warmth during winter. ♦ Comfort and Security: The house is equipped with intrusion detectors for added security, but these are deactivated during your stay to ensure your privacy. ♦ For a Worry-Free Stay: Cleaning fees (€50 or €70) include a thorough cleaning of the home and laundering of bed linens and towels. We only ask that you leave the kitchen tidy and take out the trash before your departure. ♦ Long stays only (more than 3 nights): We provide our laundry area with washing machine and dryer. A stay in Sélestat offers the perfect opportunity to explore the nearby tourist sites, from vineyards to charming Alsatian villages. Settle in, relax, and let yourself be carried away by the beauty and warmth of Alsace! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house (except garage and garden shed) and do not share with other guests or the owner.
