In the company of family and friends, in a private and undisturbed atmosphere you can really enjoy the Chair Area – here, you are exactly right! A picturesque forest panorama and year-round peacefulness await you at our house via a private road shortly after Sonnenlift Stuhleck. In winter, you also have direct access to the Stuhleck ski area - without the hassle of getting there/finding parking space/wearing the ski equipment - by starting from the top of the property directly at the edge of the slopes and swinging off to the front of the house (depending on the snow clearance situation) at the end of the day. As if that were not enough: another special feature of this accommodation is that the adjacent slope is not only home to one of the Fun Parks at the same time, and is also illuminated in the evening (Stuhleck night slope), which creates a special evening atmosphere at our place. A special highlight is our hot tub on the terrace, which, both in summer and winter, is ready for use even with snow drifts; it releases any tension after the sport day's activities. Experience has shown that it is very popular with both adults and children (4-6 people). As a change, there is a sauna house next to the hot tub (another 4-6 people), which also offers a welcome relaxation at any time in view of the cool nights all year round. For the daring, there is a crystal-clear natural stream flowing across the property, which in combination with a bucket is excellent for cooling down. Even in summer, movement is not neglected – you start directly from the house for hiking tours, get tips on mushroom collecting from us if necessary, or you can rent an e-bike down the street from the new rental place to take one of the countless trips that brings you to the Stuhleck summit. For the barbecue masters, we offer an outdoor fireplace with a 100 cm grill, goulash pot and a generous granite atrium all around for evening gatherings, or for musical sessions by the campfire. Children have the opportunity to explore nature directly from the front door – either in the forest, which is hardly frequented in summer, or on the other side of the creek in the natural butterfly meadow, which also houses a small playground. Our neighbor keeps three alpacas, who like to come curiously very close to the fence and radiate a special tranquility in the area (alpaca hikes can be organized on request). It is not only among the youngest that the toboggan run is popular; it starts at the top of the property and goes as far as half of the Sonnenlift slope. The living space Whether winter or summer, the open fireplace in the spacious living area with balcony creates a cozy atmosphere on the large chill-sofa as well as at the 3-meter wooden table for a shared dinner or board games (good selection available in the house). A home cinema with surround system, Spotify or Bluetooth, Netflix and Amazon allows you to feel at home in a multimedia way and never miss a thing on holiday! ;) You can use an XL refrigerator with ice cube dispenser and will find a cool refreshment on your arrival for a reasonable start to your holiday. The kitchen is fully-equipped with oven, induction stovetop, toaster, microwave and dishwasher and there is also the possibility to use a washer and dryer. Both on the ground floor and on the upper floor, the house has a bathroom incl. Toilet, where there is a walk-in shower area for two with plenty of space on the bottom floor, and a bathtub upstairs as an alternative. In addition to a large panoramic terrace, the four rooms are located on the upper floor, two rooms with double beds and closets – all in natural, massive wild oak, two further rooms, each equipped with a bunk bed and a sofa/or double bed (depending on the pre-order). Immediately in front of the house and above the playground, we offer enough space for your vehicles; depending on the weather and number of vehicles, parking in front of the playground may be recommended for better access and departure.
