You want to stay here for the location, your kids don't want to leave because of the toys. We live here with our 3 children. When we are away, we rent out our house. 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, small garden, 2 toilets and 2 full bathrooms (shower & sink). Parts of the house are renovated, other parts have the 'perks' of an old house. The space First floor: small entry, kitchen with dining table (seats about 7 people), toilet, living room and small garden with trampoline. Second floor: toilet, small living room with workspace, bathroom (sink, shower, foldable baby bath, washer and dryer), small room with a loft bed (sleeps 2 people) and a double bedroom. Third floor (attic): two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds, one with a single bed and a hammock. Also a bathroom with a sink and a shower. Max capacity is 7 people. Guest access Parking: Our house is more or less next to the railway station, so we highly recommend you come by public transport. Parking in our area is expensive (€4,50 per hour) and with a limit of 2 hours per day. We have the possibility to give you access to guest parking for €1,50 per hour. With no limits. Please realise that you have to pay for many hours per day (depending on the day from 9am until midnight). There are other options, like parking at a P+R just outside the city centre and taking the bus (€6e for 5 people). Or going to a parking garage close to our house (like Westerhaven). Please look into your options, for example on this website of 'visit groningen'. All rooms, except for the small 'shed' that is behind the left front door and one closet under the stairs. Other things to note My parents live in the country side, they say it is more quiet here than at their house (there is always someone mowing the lawn or using the leave blower apparently), however, this is an old house (1897) and it's in the city centre. If there is a party in the centre or at the Stadspark, you will hear it. Also, we have neighbours who occasionally host a party. We love our neighbours, we have 3 kids running around 365 days of the year, they can have a party now and then. However; please don't have a party yourselves!
