Villa Ismini Skiathos

Villa Ismini is located on the Kalamaki peninsula known for its peaceful location in the countryside and its unique fantastic sea and sunset view. Highlights of the villa apart from its unique location, are its spacious fully equiped interiors, two verandas with BBQ area and beautiful sea /forest view, the infinity pool and the path to a secluded semi private beach 8-10min by foot. The space Villa Ismini is developed to two levels, below the street level. On the first level, the main house has the master bedroom with the indoor-private bathroom, the second bedroom/ bathroom, the fully-equipped kitchen, the dining - living room. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a very specious wardrobe, A/C and the safe box. The second bedroom has two single beds (90*200) which can be used either as they are or as a king size bed with the use of a high quality matress topper, a wardrobe and A/C. The second bathroom is situated just outside the second bedroom. Both bathrooms of the main house has been completely renovated in 2023. They are very spacious, of high aestetic and with rain showers. In the corridor outside the second bedroom there is a special area with the washing machine and clothes dryer. The living area has two comfortable couches with amazing sea and forest view, a LCD-TV and stereo system as well as open fireplace. The kitchen is fully equiped with all necessaries for cooking and dining area has a spacious wooden table suitable for 6 persons. Both dining and living areas have A/C. Outside the kitchen there is the exterior dining area with a barbeque, sun ombrella and beautiful sea and forest view. On the second level - pool level, there are the infinity pool, a large veranda with sun ombrela and sundeds and the guest house. The guest house has a bedroom with two single beds (90*200), wardrobe, tv, A/C, bathroom and a kitchenette. The beds of the guest house can also be used as a king size bed with the use of a high quality matress topper. The main house and the guest house are bookable as a whole. The villa is NOT suitable for guests with mobility issues as it is developped in two levels with external stairs from the street level to the villa and from the main house to the pool level. Also the pool has not an easy access entry For babies and children up to 3 years old, we can provide you with a baby cot with no extra charge of course. Guest access Our guests have exclusive use of all areas of the villa. Access to the villa is from the main road of Skiathos by car. There is the possibility of public bus use, however, the 1.1km distance to the villa on foot should be taken seriously into account. Transfer from/to the airport/port can be arranged by us with the equivalant charge.
