Peaceful Surrey Hills garden room

Beautifully decorated guest room in the large garden of a home in Peaslake. Close to the Hurtwood and in the heart of the Surrey Hills. Very quiet and peaceful. Lovely walking and biking from the door. An in-room breakfast of cereals and tea/coffee and milk is provided, as are towels, soap and shampoo. There aren't cooking facilities, but there is a good choice of wonderful pubs nearby - one a 15 min walk, the others a short drive - offering food. Sorry but no pets. Easy access via code lock. Other things to note Peaslake is surrounded by rolling hills, dense woodlands, and open heath offering some of the most picturesque landscapes in the South East of England. It's a haven for walkers, cyclists, and mountain bikers, with access to trails like the North Downs Way and the Hurtwood Forest network. The lack of through roads makes it exceptionally quiet—it's not a place people pass through, they go to it. It feels rural but is within reasonable driving distance of Guildford (about 8 miles away), offering access to London via train or road.
