A cosy one bed apartment located right on the sea front, 13 minutes walk from the train station and with free parking outside. A peaceful place, at the back of the property with a private garden. Ideal for 1 or 2 people but can accommodate more with a sofa bed in the lounge. It is perfectly situated for the beach and town centre. The space The accommodation consists of a tranquil bedroom, spacious lounge, separate kitchen, bathroom, and garden. Bedroom: A tranquil space with a comfy double bed. Bedding and towels included. Lounge: A spacious light room equipped with contemporary furniture, flat-screen TV, designated dining area with view over the garden and cosy corner sofa that can be easily converted to a double bed. Kitchen: bright and airy equipped with modern appliances: cooker, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle, toaster as well as cutlery, frying pan, cups, and saucepans. Bathroom: Shampoo, soap, toilet paper and towels are provided. Garden: Private garden to the rear with decking area, clothes line, and private access to the property. Guest access Guests have sole use of the whole flat. Access through communal lobby at front, or private rear entrance (through garden). Guests have access to the private garden. Other things to note The garden is still a work in progress. There is a pleasant decking area which gets the most sun. I ask for an energy (gas & electricity) usage cap of £25 per week, which should be more than enough for normal usage. Any excess of that will be calculated and the difference charged to the guest after they check out.
