Double room & own bathroom in convenient location

Comfortable quiet double room on the edge of the countryside, sole use of bathroom. Hatton locks and Warwick parkway railway station are within walking distance. Good cycling and walking routes. Warwick Castle, Shakespeare country and some national trust houses nearby. 5 minutes from junction 15 of the M40 and A46 to Coventry and Stratford upon Avon. Hatton park is off the A4177 to Solihull and Birmingham. There is a bus service into town you can book called the Indigoplus bus. I have two cats The space I feel my home is in a good position for travelling whether by car or public transport. I offer tea/coffee making facilities and a TV in the room. I provide private use of a bathroom and a secluded stay with no interruptions, respecting my guests privacy and space, but available if needed. Guest access This is room only No access to my kitchen and living room Microwave available upstairs with tea and coffee making facilities During your stay I am available for any help the guests need, as I live in the property where I rent my room.
