Center of Oldenzaal, in a quiet street, with shops and terraces 100 to 200m away, semi-bungalow with studio for 2-3 people. Free parking. The studio, on the first floor, has 2 bedrooms, a sitting area and a wet cell with shower and sink. The guest toilet is on the ground floor. There is air conditioning. Master bedroom "Corneille" has a large double bed, made up separately. Bedroom "Jopie Huisman" has a single bed and is intended for solo travelers or those traveling together. The space In the living area there are radiators of the central heating system and an electric convector radiator for additional heating. In this room, next to a large worktop, there is a separate dining table with 2 easy chairs. There is a fridge, coffee and tea facilities, a microwave, and a small oven. There is no kitchen; no cooking is allowed, not even on a camping stove. There is a cupboard with crockery and there is plenty of cutlery. In this room there is also the TV and a bookcase with extensive information about Overijssel and specifically Twente. The living space and the wet cell are between both bedrooms. Bedroom "Corneille" has a large double bed that is made up separately. There is a wardrobe, a table to place a suitcase on, and several hanging and laying options for clothes. There is a mirror. The "Jopie Huisman" bedroom has a bed for 1 person. Here, too, there is a wardrobe and there are multiple hanging options. There's a desk chair on wheels. This room is only used, along with the “Corneille” bedroom, if guests are traveling together as a group of 3. If 2 guests traveling together want to make use of both bedrooms, this must be indicated in advance. The studio will never be rented to 2 different travel companies at the same time. In bedroom "Corneille" there is an air conditioning with sufficient capacity for the entire upper floor. Guests do not use our private rooms. Guest access On our own property in front of our house, 2 guest cars can park for free. There is a closed and covered bicycle shed with charging option for batteries. Guests will receive the key to the gate door. At 50m is a bus stop for transport to the station and places in the area. The station is 800m away. During your stay No breakfast is served. Guests take care of that themselves. There are plenty of crockery and cutlery. There is an oven for heating up sandwiches, a small fridge, and a microwave. The shops are in walking distance. Other things to note Guests will receive the key to the front door of the B&B upon arrival, giving them unlimited access to the B&B. If we are unexpectedly unable to be present at the check-in time, the front door key will go into a lockbox and guests will receive the code of this locker.
