The apartment is over 90 m², has a balcony and terrace, and is located in the beautiful Neckarhausen district between orchards and the Neckar on the Neckartal bike path. It's in a quiet 30-km/h zone in a residential area. Several bakeries, 2 cafes, banks, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a Swabian restaurant, a beer garden on the Neckar and 2 Italian restaurants are within walking distance. Very good connection to the B297, B312, B313 and A8 to the Metzingen Shopping Outlet and to Messe Stuttgart/the airport. The space Are you in the mood for a vacation between orchards and Neckar? The apartment has over 90 sqm, a very spacious room in loft style, with a ceiling height of about 3 meters. There are several real beds available: a cozy box spring double bed, which can also be made into 2 single beds, as well as 2 more single beds, plus a baby bed. A sofa bed with space for 2 people is additionally available. On request, other people may use the apartment for a usage fee. More mattresses could be provided. The apartment has its own bathroom, private toilet and private showers. A fully equipped kitchenette is available for an extended breakfast or a cozy dinner (incl. 2 refrigerators, freezer compartment, stove with 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, etc.). We provide organic coffee, hot chocolate and a selection of teas, spices, oils and honey for our guests. We are very child-friendly and there are toys and children's books for the little ones. On request, we also have a baby crib and other baby and child amenities. Bed linen, towels, washing machine, drying rack, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, electric clothes dryer and Wi-Fi are included in the price. We also provide shampoo, shower gel, soap and detergent free of charge. On the terrace we have put together a cozy seating area with table and chairs for you. The apartment also has a large, sunny balcony where you can relax for hours or end the evening. There is also a private parking space right in front of the house. Upon request, 2 parking spaces can also be provided (7 or 9 meters). You can also store your bicycles with us in the enclosed yard or in a locked garage. We offer bicycle and children's trailer rentals on request. On prior request, our garden can also be used. Smaller pets can also be brought along on prior request. Smoking and open fire in the apartment and on the balcony are prohibited for fire protection reasons (old half-timbered house), but we have set up a cozy smoking area for smokers outside. The Neckar and the orchards are within walking distance and invite you to long and relaxing walks. In addition, the apartment is close to the Neckartal bike path. Several bakeries, 2 cafes, a butcher shop, a supermarket, 2 banks, a Swabian restaurant, a beer garden on the Neckar, and 2 Italian restaurants are within walking distance. Also within walking distance there is an adventure mini-golf course, a boules court and pedal boat rental. The city center of Nürtingen with its cozy cafes can be reached in a nice walk of about 2.1 km. If you want to travel by bus, you only walk about 300 meters to the bus stop. In addition to a beautiful old town with half-timbered houses, Nürtingen offers a high level of recreational value: There are art exhibitions (Domnick Collection, Kreuzkirche), the Stadtbalkon and the banks of the Neckar for strolling and dining. With its beer garden and deck chairs, the Neckarufer offers a chill-out atmosphere and an unforgettable view of the waterside scenery of Nürtingen.
