The apartment is about 90 square meters and is located in the beautiful district of Neckarhausen between orchards and the Neckar, directly on the Neckar Valley bike path. It is located in a quiet 30 km/h zone in the residential area. Several bakeries, a café, banks, a supermarket, a butcher shop, a Swabian restaurant, a beer garden on the Neckar and 2 Italian restaurants are within walking distance. Or are you there to work or shop and are you looking for a place to stay with a short walk to the Stuttgart trade fair, the airport, Tübingen, Reutlingen or Metzingen (e.g. Metzingen Outlet)? Then you have come to the right place. The loft-style apartment is located in Nürtingen in the Neckarhausen district, in a very quiet location in a 30 km/h zone in the residential area. The Neckar and the orchards are within walking distance and invite you to take long and relaxing walks. In addition, the apartment is close to the Neckar Valley bike path. Several bakeries, a café, a butcher shop, a supermarket, 2 banks, a Swabian restaurant, a beer garden on the Neckar and 2 Italian restaurants are within walking distance. The city center of Nürtingen with its cozy cafés can be reached in a nice walk of about 2.1 km. If you want to take the bus, you only walk about 300 meters to the bus stop. The train station is about 2.4 km away. And it is only about 19 km to the airport/fairgrounds. The A8, B313 and B297 are easily accessible. The apartment has about 90 sqm, very spacious room in loft style, with ceiling height of about 3 meters. There are several real beds available: a cozy box spring double bed, which can also be made into 2 single beds, as well as 2 more single beds, plus an additional baby cot. A sofa bed with space for 2 people is also available. Upon request, additional people may use the apartment for a fee. More mattresses could be provided. The apartment has its own bathroom, toilet and showers. For an extensive breakfast or a cozy dinner, a fully equipped kitchenette is available (incl. fridge, stove, oven, microwave, blender, kettle, toaster, etc.). We provide organic coffee and a selection of teas for our guests. We are very child-friendly and there are toys and children's books for the little ones. On request we also have a baby bed, baby bathtub, playpen and other baby equipment. Bed linen, towels, washing machine, drying rack, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, Wi-Fi are included in the price. Shampoo, shower gel, soap and detergent are also provided by us. On request, our electric tumble dryer can also be used. Please contact us. On the terrace we have put together a cozy seating area with a table and chairs for you. The apartment also has a large, sunny balcony. There is also a private parking space right in front of the house. It is the parking space to the left of the yellow garage. You can also store your bicycles with us in the enclosed courtyard. We offer bicycle and children's trailer rental on request. On prior request, our garden can also be used. Smaller pets can also be brought along on prior request. Smoking and open fire in the apartment and on the balcony are prohibited for fire protection reasons (old half-timbered house), but we have set up a cozy smoking corner for smokers outside.
