The space +/- 100 m from sea & sand you will find Unit 1, in the small Springvale complex with only 4 units. The unit is situated across the road from the beach with easy beach access and an easy walk to the main beach. This unit is well equipped, neat and clean. It has a spacious, veranda for outdoor living. Inside you will find a open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen. Kitchen: fridge/ freezers, hob, oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, and all crockery and cutlery. Braai facilities: Webber. Pool fenced and gated. DSTV stream off your own account . Capped Wi-Fi with option to upgrade. Laundry facilities: washing machine and tumble dryer. Gas bottle with cooker top and re-chargeable lights provided. This unit sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, serviced by 3 bathrooms. All linen, towels and beach towels are provided. All bedrooms have large build in cupboards, hangers and ceiling fans. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Bedroom 1 is down stairs and has 2 single beds, the down stairs bathroom has a basin, toilet and shower. Bedrooms 2, 3 & 4 are upstairs with 2 x Double beds and 2x Single beds. There are 2 upstairs bathrooms, 1st with shower, toilet and basin, 2nd with bath, toilet and basin. All upstairs bedrooms open onto a balcony overlooking the pool. Security: The complex is wall and gated and the unit has security gates on all windows and doors. Parking: Each unit has 1 garage and 1 open parking. Service providers look after the pool and garden, but the unit is not serviced, book a maid with the local cleaning agencies. REGRET: NO groups of adults, we cater for “nucleus” family holidays only. NO functions of any kind. No pets allowed. Guest access Guest have access to the entire unit, but share the pool and common area's on the outside of the unit. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: 1.
