The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 suite, air conditioning in all rooms, TV with Netflix in the living room and bedroom and 300mb internet. We have a barbecue with an Argentine grill on the balcony. The space - High-speed Wi-Fi (300mb) - Apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with central hot water - One of the bedrooms is a suite with a private bathroom - Kitchen equipped with a two-burner stovetop, small electric oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and rice cooker - Spacious living room with a sofa bed and a table for 4 people - Large balcony with space for a table, overlooking the garden - All rooms with split air conditioning - TV with Netflix access in the suite and living room Guest access Located in the best part of Enseada beach next to the Casa Grande hotel and facing the sea, the condominium is beautiful and very complete. The gardens and decor are Thai-inspired. There is a large swimming pool with a bar, sauna, games room, playground, gym, and many common areas. In the parking lot, there is space for 2 vehicles (covered). Lastly and best of all, the condo has beach service with 6 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, and 24hs security. Other things to note -It is not allowed to receive visitors. To use the gym it is necessary to show a medical certificate of health to the concierge. Glasses, food, and loud music are not allowed in the pool areas. A maximum of 6 guests is allowed, including children over 5 years old. Children under 5 years old are allowed up to a total limit of 7 people. If needed we can give the contact of the cleaning person to arrange cleaning during your stay. The pool closes on monday -The functionality of Airbnb to request early check-in or late checkout times is not visible to us, and therefore, such requests may be accepted without availability. Hence, we do not process these requests.
