The building is located right in front of the bay , steps from the beach, pools and restaurants. The unit itself is facing the street side with landscaping view. Walk to the back side of the building where the water is calm, you can watch the mangroves, manatees, dolphins, sail boats, fishing boats, kayaking, paddle boarding, beautiful catamarans and pontoons peacefully riding by :) then head down to the giant Pier to get a photo at the Pier. A must! Laundry mat and vending machines in buidling. Tiki Bar by the beach (live music daily for a couple of hours) and a full bar by the canal as well. Very easy to have a chill vacay here.
