You will love my space for the comfort of the bed, the cozy space, the tranquility of a rural yet central area, a few minutes from restaurants, supermarket, tobacconist. My accommodation is good for couples, families, You can also bring your pets, but don't forget to bring their toys and bed. Small office with 28Mgps fiber optic Wi-Fi, ideal for working. Smart tv with the channels of your country. Zahora beach guarantees you the sunset. The space Casa Antonia is a country house of about 120 m2 located in Zahora (hamlet of Barbate), it is a very quiet and familiar area, this house affectionately bears the name of my mother, in it we enjoyed years of great happiness as a family. As you can see in the photos, I have kept the exterior design and the interior has been restored in its entirety, until it becomes really cozy, so that when you visit it, you feel at home. As soon as you enter, you find an outdoor patio and a small covered porch, the exterior measures about 40m2, ideal for taking in the air, the sun and enjoying a good meal or barbecue with the family. It is a stone barbecue, it only allows the use of charcoal, please do not use firewood, as it would damage the structure. Firewood, for the fireplace, is supplied in autumn and winter free of charge. Help yourself freely to it, I advise you to leave a small stock on the porch, for your daily use, firewood, they usually have little animals, such as termites and can become an annoying occupation for you and for the house. The porch is small and roofed, it is equipped with a teak table and chairs, there is a small ramp up to the porch for people with reduced mobility or to facilitate the entry of parents with the baby stroller. Welcome to Casa Antonia, you are already in the living room, very cozy and spacious, with fireplace, air conditioning unit of 3000 frigories and heating, installed in March 2024. The SMART TV is 55 ", acquired in March 2024 and is adapted to connect with the channels of your country. Perfect for visitors from Spain or other countries, it is a very grateful service especially for the client with a longer stay, my license allows me to stay up to 56 nights and so far I have been lucky enough to successfully accommodate travelers who can work from home. The WIFI internet connection (fiber optics) is quite good, perfect for working. In the living room, orange tones predominate, counteracting with 2 leatherette sofas, one with 3 and the other with 2 seats, bottle green. I have given special interest to personalized decoration and comfort to make them feel at home. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a rustic brick breakfast bar, fully equipped with basic appliances, refrigerator, microwave, newly changed oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan. It has all the kitchen utensils, pots, pans, plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, two types of coffee makers, toaster, water heater, blender, juicer, iron. Casa Antonia has 2 bedrooms and 1 office with sofa bed. It is equipped for 4 people in 2 bedrooms with 2 very comfortable double beds and 2 built-in wardrobes. The main room has a second air conditioning unit installed with 3000 frigories and heating. It is continuous to the office. The office consists of a small desk perfect for working, with a mobile heater to stay warm in winter, it also has as an extra, a fairly comfortable sofa bed of 120 cm, ideal for the little one of the family or an adult, each one who gives it the use they need. I always used it as an office, on the desk, the router is installed, fiber optic (wifi) very good connection of 28Mgps, ideal for those who work online. The summers are hot, but the house is cool, according to my personal experience and the comments of the clients, they almost do not need to use the air conditioning, but if you need you can make use of it, the air filter is cleaned annually by a maintenance service, that is why I usually close the house a few weeks a year, but I am flexible according to the demands and it is always to make improvements in the house. For example, this last year February 2025 I have invested waterproofing on the roof of the house, thinking about the coolest season of the year, logically, winter. Winters (December, January and February) are usually cool and humid, it is necessary, as well as pleasant, to light the fireplace and the heating, the sea borders Cape Trafalgar, where the Trafalgar Lighthouse is located, a place that you will always want to visit, in addition to the Torre del Tajo and the Torre de Meca, located in La Breña. Spring and autumn are warm, but the house is prepared to accommodate any visitor every month of the year. Sheets, bath towels and blankets are also included, washed at 60° at each customer change, of course, if you prefer, you can bring your own, although you can have the peace of mind of sleeping in comfortable beds and clean sheets. All windows have mosquito nets, they were changed in 2020, I advise to always keep them closed. The entrance to the house has curtains (avoid annoying mosquitoes typical of summer). The bathroom is very lively, it has been restored in March 2025, I have adapted it for people with reduced mobility and access with a sliding door, it has everything you need, hairdryer, with clean filter, first aid kit and of course, the shower with plate at one level. The washing machine and dryer are located in an exterior room, on one side of the house, in turn the drying area. You can also make use of a mobile clothesline. In this area of the house, there is an outdoor shower, ideal to cool off with cold well water when returning from the beach which by the way, is a 10-minute walk and is a rural walk, well signposted, you will walk in front of family leisure areas such as; "El Zaraho", restaurants that will not disappoint you such as "La Venta Curro", markets that will take you directly to La Espectacular, Zahora beach, with leisure areas and where you can eat such as Sajorami Beach, La Bruma, Chiringuito de Juan, Amarna, Lorenzo's beach bar... etc., located on the beach, where in addition to enjoying a good swim, you will also have the possibility of experiencing an unforgettable and guaranteed sunset, live music and why not a mojito or an aperitif. ¡In Zahora! January and February are months of rest for the personal staff and many of the restaurants close. It is a time of chimney and calm, a time of long and quiet walks along the wonderful beaches of this land, hiking in La Breña, mountain biking, surfing, windsurfing, paddle surfing, bird watching. You can cycle along the bike path that connects all the districts and villages from Conil to Barbate, A perfect place for lovers of hiking and cycling, it is a rural and quiet location where you can enjoy the sea and nature. Visit our charming historic villages such as Vejer de la Frontera, Barbate, Conil de la Frontera, Medina Sidonia, Tarifa... it is worth visiting and tasting the excellent cuisine of the province of Cádiz and its historical, artistic, and national complex. It will not disappoint them. Casa Antonia is located in a very quiet, familiar but central area, on a dead-end road, so the traffic of vehicles is minimal, only that of the adjoining owners of the property. For me, one of the best areas of Zahora. A haven of peace. If you want to disconnect and are looking for tranquility, this is your little house. Guest access The house is independent and is rented in its entirety. The parking is independent and free of charge and is located at the entrance of the house with capacity for two vehicles. Other things to note Please, it is very important that you do not leave the keys to the house inside, there is a box hanging on the wall, just to the left entrance of the house to keep them. The reason, rather advice, is that if they close the door by mistake with the key inside, they will not be able to open it again without the help of a locksmith.
