For a relaxing, cultural or sporting vacation, here is our house, "Cadet Roussel", a pretty farm completely restored and equipped for 7 people. In the heart of a charming hamlet, the house offers 4 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious and bright living room overlooking two terraces and a large enclosed garden. Rated 4 stars by the Pas de Calais Tourist Office, the house is designed to accommodate a guest with reduced mobility. NO PETS OR PARTIES NON-SMOKING HOUSE The space Our house has a large ground floor and one floor. On the ground floor A master suite: 1 bedroom with a 180 x 200 bed (consisting of two 90 x 200 beds that can be separated on request) and a full bathroom with a large walk-in shower, a toilet and two sinks 1 bedroom with a 80 x 200 cm bed 1 separate toilet 1 small laundry room complete with washer and dryer 1 spacious and bright large living room: full kitchen, dining room and living room overlooking two terraces and the enclosed garden. Access to the ground floor is designed to accommodate a person with reduced mobility even if we are not certified. Access to the house can be via a ramp from the courtyard, and the doors are wide and sliding. The master suite with its bathroom is suitable for a wheelchair (bed height, toilet, sinks, door width and shower access). Upstairs 1 bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed (consisting of two 90 x 200 cm beds that can be separated on request) 1 bedroom with two 90 x 200 beds 1 bathroom with walk-in shower 1 toilet Access to the upper floor is via a Japanese step staircase that can be closed by a child safety fence. The courtyard and garden surrounding the house are completely enclosed. You can park your car in the closed courtyard and your children can play outside safely. There are board games and books available inside the house and, outside, a swing and a ping pong table (with rackets and balls). Fiber Wi-Fi is available free of charge. You will find the access code in the welcome booklet on the kitchen table. A cleaning fee including sheets (beds made on arrival) and towels, is required for each rental, but we ask that you leave the house in good condition with sheets and towels folded at the end of your bed at the time of your departure. The house is all electric: a base of 40 kwh per day is included in the price of the stay. This corresponds to heating of 19 to 20° in the house in winter. On the other hand, heating costs, if they are greater than 40 kw/day, will be added at the end of your stay depending on your consumption (the daily statement of our supplier is at your disposal). Guest access Your cars park in the courtyard. For your peace of mind, the house and its exteriors are fully available to our guests. They consist of a courtyard enclosed by a gate and an enclosed garden, with a swing, overlooking meadows. A covered garage in the courtyard allows you to play ping pong in the shelter if needed. Other things to note There are no stores in our hamlet, the resource towns are only a few kilometers away (Fruges 8 km, Hesdin 12 km, Auchy-Les-Hesdin 6 km). Our house is located in the heart of places with more than 2000 years of history, in the hills of Artois, 40 minutes from the Côte d'Opale, the Bay of Somme, the sites of the Great War that will interest history enthusiasts. There are also many activities/visits to do with children of all ages: Walks or hikes by bike, on foot or on horseback, sports and water activities, visits to the many historical sites and must-sees that connect the region.
