Modern guest apartment on the countryside

We welcome you to live on this soon to be 200 year old farm. This newly renovated 2 bedroom apartment offers a cosy getaway with a perfect view of the typical southern landscape. The apartment is located in a separate building next to the farmhouse and you park just outside the door. The apartment is fully equipped, about 65 square meters with a big associated terrace. Enjoy the countryside, and just 15-20 minutes away many beautiful beaches like Skanör-Falsterbo, Ljunghusen, Kämpinge. The space The apartment is best suited for 4 persons (2 bedrooms, 1 bed sofa). - BEDROOM 1 (towards yard/car park) equipped with two beds (90 cm each). We offer a travel cot for small children. Bed linen and towels are included in price. - BEDROOM 2 (towards terrace): double bed 180 cm . - LIVINGROOM with bed sofa (140cm) and bed mattress for extra comfort. In the room you can work in front of a desk, watch swedishTV. Swedish channels 1,2,4,6 and children TV. No Cable TV but a DVD player. The apartment has Wi-Fi. Both rooms offer blinds in the windows and in kitchen a common curtain. - Fully equipped KITCHEN with dishwasher, fridge and microwave (no freezer). The basics are included like dishwasher tablets, cloths, sponges, brush and washing-up liquid. Baby-highchair is available. - BATHROOM equipped with toilet paper, soap and towels. Next to bathroom there is a storage/laundry room equipped with detergent and cleaning kit. No electrical outlet in bathroom. - From kitchen you can walk out to the terrace, separated from our private garden. Here you can barbeque and sunbath. Do you have any questions- just ask. Welcome ! Guest access You have the whole apartment and terrace for yourself. You park the car just outside the door. We provide bedsheets and towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish washer tablets, cloth, sponge, cleaning equpiment, washing powder. Other things to note -On the farm there is a yellow and white cat (Truls). He likes to be petted only on the head (not on stomach!) He is a little bit unpredictable with children unfortunately so have an adult with the child if petting. Preferably avoid him. The grey and black cat [Selma]can easily be petted! -Please recycle well, green bins next to the road. Instructions in apartement. -No shoes inside please. - We have hens and a rooster.
