Entire apartment in Centre of Cirencester
Description
Lovely space right in the heart of Cirencester's town centre with views of the church and the Market Place. My apartment is set over two floors and has beautiful high ceilings, wooden floors throughout the living area and lots of natural light. The location makes it an ideal base from which to explore the Cotswolds. Solo visitors, couples and families with children are all welcome. Do please ask if you would like to extend your stay, I will accommodate wherever possible. The space The bedrooms are on the top floor. Room 1 sleeps up to three, with a comfortable double bed and a single bed. A travel cot can be provided. I have another (unlisted) room which has a double bed. This room can also be made available if required. The top floor has lots of lovely natural light. The rounded/domed skylight which is an original cupola is a beautiful feature. The view from both bedrooms and my living room is of the Market Place and the Church; particularly lovely in the sunshine! Please note that my style is homely, and the apartment itself is very old and sits in a listed building - it wears an air of shabbiness which is not to everyone’s taste). Guest access Guests have access to the entire flat. The living room has a lovely feature fireplace (solely decorative), a comfortable two seater sofa and a statement armchair. My furnishings have all been lovingly collected over the years and I hope they present a warm welcome. I have wifi, a smart TV with Netflix and a number of board games which guests are welcome to use. The adjoining dining area houses a table set for 6 but extends to seat 8 guests comfortably. Guests are welcome to make use of the kitchen, to tea and coffee and also to everyday basic store cupboard ingredients. Being centrally located, a number of lovely eateries are right on my doorstep. Other things to note Please note; There are lots of stairs. Not suitable for people with mobility issues. Also, children/babies are very welcome. However, I would suggest that it's not great for toddlers as there are no stair gates.
