Self contained with lovely views & cosy Woodburner

A wonderful, modern and beautifully furnished self contained annexe with own private entrance on 5 acres. Private off road parking with wonderful views and long country walks directly from the property. A stunning wrought iron bed wraps you in warmth and comfort with a shower and WC ensuite. A Woodburner and luxurious velvet sofa with large screen TV ensures a comfortable night in; but there are also five pubs within easy walking distance. The space An enchanting space that’s cosy during the winter with the log burner, airy in the summer with it’s stable door yet practical with everything you need. Please note that the bathroom is en suite to the bedroom. Guest access You are welcome to walk around our land and visit the horses. Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times as they often find the horse overwhelming! The stables are out of bounds unless we are present - the horses can become nervous around strangers but are generally very friendly and do not bite. Other things to note One well behaved friendly dog is welcome but they are not allowed on the furniture. It is also a condition of booking that any dog cannot be left alone in the property. Fresh bread, eggs, organic milk and butter are available for purchase from us in advance or during your stay. Please advise in advance if any of this is required.
