Downstairs are 3 bedrooms, 2 Kings and 1 queen bed, with a workspace in Master Bed. Two full baths. Smart TV's and cable in all bedrooms. Upstairs is an open floor plan, with living, dining and a well-stocked kitchen gas fireplace and large smart TV. There is an adjacent 600 sq. ft. deck with gas Bar-B-Q, dining table and seating to relax at a fire table. The living room has comfy couches. There is a private back, deck. There is a 60 ft. long driveway that will accommodate multiple autos or a truck with attached trailer full of atv's. The beach is 1/4-mile, easy flat walk past the Oceano Lagoon, shopping and restaurants. The Oceano Lagoon is across the street with a kid friendly park. Plenty of nature walks and wildlife within walking distance. The home is next to the very small Oceano Airport, no nighttime activity. Guest access Entire house. Front and back deck. Large 60-foot driveway. Large back yard. No garage access. Other things to note Please note: 6 guest only in our home. No events or parties. We do charge for extra guest. We have recently added security cameras to the exterior of our home. We have installed these to enhance the security of the house when it is unoccupied and for the safety of our Airbnb guest.
