The space The Olive Grove House offers you the luxury of privacy to a seven stremmas land surrounded by olive trees and a variety of fruit trees right by the center of Kassiopi village! Very recently renovated and redesigned modernly with luxury touches, The Olive grove house, It is your home away from home! The spacious terraces, big garden, a private gate, and lots of privacy, help ensure a good night's rest. This spacious vacation home is self-catering with 3 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, washing mashine, large living and dining rooms and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower cabin. Situated in the exclusive area of Anatoliko, Olive Grove House has the privilege to have all amenities of Kassiopi's village center and harbor, in a super easy, flat and quick walk. Only 150m walk to the first restaurant, bars, supermarket and bakery! No car is necessary but if you wish to have a car and explore the island, then the land itself offers you the benefit of a private free spacious parking place...! A great centralized spot to enjoy everything you want! Guest access COVID-19 Policy Check-in / out Procedures A contactless check-in/out will take place Guests may request a self-check-in if desired (key will be found as advised prior the arrival) A copy of your guest pack/house guide will be emailed to you prior your check-in as well Cleaning procedures House keeping and maintenance team will be wearing a face mask and gloves at all times Strict cleaning procedures are in place and extra attention is paid to high-contact areas like bathroom handles, all door handles, telephones, remote controls and all items in the cupboards, fridge and in the kitchen in general. Anti-bacterial disinfectant is used throughout our cleaning process Hand-sanitizer dispenser will be found by the exit / entrance main door. We are using single use items wherever possible (such as quick check-in cards). These are disposed when a guest checks out and are not re-used Please let us know if you would prefer your villa to be left unattended and not cleaned for the duration of your stay (litter will be collected by us and while you are away). Laundry Used laundry such as indoors / outdoors towels and linens, will be collected from and only the laundry bin, while in the disposable bag. All our laundry is cleaned by as, on a 90 degrees program and for over 2 hours. It will then ironed with a steamer appliance and will be used again after a week from the washing day. If extra towels needed, please let us know. We have plenty. Local pharmacy and Doctors tel numbers are included in house guides. PPE can be found on pharmacy store and at all super markets.
