This villa, located in Monthois, is ideal for 15 people. You will have at your disposal 5 bedrooms, a private indoor pool heated from April to November, as well as a hot tub all year round, an enclosed garden and WiFi. The space Its living room offers a perfect setting to relax after a day spent exploring the area. Sit on the sofa to read a good book or enjoy the amenities at your disposal, such as Wi-Fi and a DVD player. You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen, then enjoy them around the dining table provided for 15 guests or outside, in your garden or on your terrace enjoying the view of the pool. The villa has 5 comfortable bedrooms, 1 with a single bed and a double bed, 2 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds and a double bed and 1 with 2 double beds. Several separate bathrooms are available, 1 equipped with a bathtub and a shower, 1 equipped with a bathtub and toilet, and 1 equipped with a shower. The villa has a vacuum cleaner, ironing equipment, a dressing room, a washing machine, a dryer and a desk. Please note that sheets are extra on request. Towels must be brought by the tenant, or can be rented for the sum of 6 euros per person to be paid on site, serenity offer: coffee filters, dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablet, 2 sponges, toilet paper and 10 tea towels €45 to be paid on site on the day of your arrival. Parking is available nearby. No smoking is allowed inside the gite. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed in order to respect the neighborhood. Other things to note The village of Monthois is very quiet and in the neighboring town you will find all the shops: butcher, bakery, supermarket... There are walks to do from the gîte: on foot, by bicycle or by car to discover the charms of the Ardennes countryside.
