Lovely house with a view of Nørreballe Nor and close to the beach. The space 2,5 hour drive from Copenhagen - Classical 19’Th century Danish thatched roof cottage near white sandy beach Purely idyllic restored cottage with stunning views of the lovely country side and lake, located in small village only 2km away from Langeland's best beaches, close to grocery store shopping and Ristinge fishing habour and a pay pr play, beatuiful golf course. The house consists of entrance hall, living room and dining room with kitchen. From the Living room there is access to a south facing terrace / garden, new lovely bathroom, small utility room, a bedroom with double bed and a bedroom with two beds. Furthermore there is an inside fireplace, grill outside and possibility for renting bikes not war away. In front of the house is a covered terrace and a lovely garden with fruit trees. The house has its own little road set back from the main road. There is audio/TV/DVD No linen and towels. Other things to note Bed linen and towels, tea towels and dishcloths etc. are not included. Please bring your own. There is district heating in the house. Heating and electricity are not included in the rent, it is settled upon departure. PT the price for heating is 1.3 DKK per KW and the price for electricity is 3.5 DKK per KW You read the electricity and heating on arrival and departure and there is a settlement schedule in the house. There is firewood available for the wood-burning stove, it is settled according to the current price list in the house. Water is included in the price. You take care of the final cleaning yourself.
