Enjoy beach and lake/meadows access and a comfortable base for your adventures. The space This warm and secure first-floor retreat offers a comfortable base for your coastal adventures. Enter through a secure communal door into a light hall, with your private entrance opening into a spacious hallway with coat and shoe storage. The open-plan living space awaits, featuring two new comfortable sofas, a smart TV/DVD player, and a dining area with a table and bench seating. Bedrooms & Bathrooms: Main Bedroom: Features a new king-size bed, a newly refitted en-suite shower room, a TV, and ample storage. Second Bedroom: Perfect for children or friends, offering full-size bunk beds, a TV, and clothes storage. Family Bathroom: A newly fitted bathroom with a bath and overhead shower. Kitchen: The adjoining galley kitchen is fully equipped with: Washer-dryer Fridge (with a small freezer compartment) Hob, oven, and microwave All the pots and pans you'll need for your stay. For Families: A travel cot and high chair are provided for our youngest guests. From the apartment, you can enjoy views over the communal lawns and car park to the meadows in the distance. Guest access You will have private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. As our guest, you will also receive a complimentary pass to the resort's fantastic leisure facilities and are welcome to use all other on-site amenities. Please note, the kitchen is not equipped with a dishwasher. The apartment is kept cozy with gas central heating throughout.
