The space The villa sits on an inclinated property that offers panoramic view of the bay of Agios Andreas and the Ionian islands (Zakynthos and Kefallonia). It is surrounded by green areas and integrated within the environment so the guests can enjoy privacy, relax and gaze at some of the most impressive sunsets. The lot is directly connected to the main driveway and offers two parking spaces, one on the upper and one on the lower level (for 2 and 1 vehicles accordingly). The villa belongs to a group of two independent vacation villas within the same lot, each one with its own garden and entrance. The villa consists of an open-plan, double height space of living room, dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom on the ground floor level, as well as a bedroom with its own bathroom on the upper level. The outdoor area of the villa is organized in various levels, and offers a large wooden deck area secluded in the vegetation and outdoor showers. You can choose to swim in the beautiful Agios Andreas beach, eat in one of the traditional greek tavernas and experience the greek nightlife in one of bars that sit right above the beach - all of the above in 2min walking distance (80m)! During your stay, you can also visit other, neighbouring beaches, the traditional picturesque village of Katakolon (2km) and the archaeological site of Ancient Olympia (30km). Amenities such as supermarkets are located in a distance of 1km. You can also combine multiple activities, as you can experience the walking/running routes that start right on the edge of the lot and run across the hill, but also taste the local products (oranges, tangerines, lemons, pears, apricots etc) that grow within the property!
