Hello there , I have a furnished private room for rent in beautiful home, whether you’re looking for long-term or short-term , it’s located in Northeast Austin nearby Parmer Ln, Harris branch pkwy ,Samsung and applied materials . about 12 minutes drive to Tesla ,20 minutes to downtown ,15 minutes to the domain . if you are looking for a quiet ,clean peaceful and safe environment with friendly neighbors around.. you will enjoy staying in my home. The space I love this community and I enjoy living in this neighborhood ,it’s quiet and peaceful as well. my neighbors are very friendly . it’s so much you can do outdoor activities ,about minute away from the house we have pond ,trail and swimming pool. Guest access Pool ,Fitness Center, Pond ,Trail, lesser than 10 minutes away from grocery store ,movie theater, fast food place, restaurant ,etc! During your stay I am available for my guest text ,phone call ,email and in person after 7 AM before 11 PM. Other things to note I’m kindly letting my guests know ,there’s no any kind of smoking ,heavy drinking and overnight guests allowed!
