Parking is conveniently located right behind the building—a rare Morris Ave perk! Please note: trains run nearby, so light sleepers should be aware. The space This studio loft has large insulated windows, a pillow top king-size Sterns and Foster bed, a newly remodeled kitchen, wood floors, and personal décor touches that make it feel like home. This is a historical property that has been partially remodeled to accommodate up to 2 people. A night’s sleep should be in the bed and not on the white sofa. The windows have both sheer curtains plus blackout shades so you can choose a sunny environment or dark & cozy. We have a laptop computer and ipad in the unit for any of our guests to freely use. Guest access The whole apartment is available for guests to access. You'd have the entire loft condo to yourself. We also provide one access card for the parking lot conveniently located at the back door to the building. Other things to note Pets and service animals are not allowed. The building/HOA does not allow them in common spaces. There are train tracks that run parallel to Morris Ave and this property is in close proximity to the tracks. The train doesn't normally blow its horn though. There are new double-paned windows that keep all outside noise to a minimum. However, we also keep a white-noise machine next to the bed for those who may need it. There is a 50" Amazon Fire 4K UHD smart TV that guests can use to watch the property's YoutubeTV streaming cable channels, or log into their own streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and many more). There is also a digital antenna and DVD player connected to the TV.
