The cottage including a secondary house made of logs is surrounded by an approx. 2000 sqm property on a peninsula on the small part of Lake Värmeln in the leisure area of Gårdsviks Fritidsområde. Closest neighbour is about 10-15 m away. The distance to the lake with swimming spot and boat dock is about 200-250m. Reachable via a footpath. Other places of the lake are also reached by car. Day trips to Norway or trips to the nature reserve Glaskogen are possible. The space Facilities include: - General: Electric light, electric heating, running cold and hot water - Kitchen with dining area equipped with electric stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, toaster, etc. Normal kitchen equipment (dishes, cutlery, etc.) is available. - Shower with sink - Organic toilet: The house is in nature. We want to be considerate of these and therefore use a biological toilet. This is not to be distinguished from a toilet on the outside, but there is no water flush but the "waste" is collected in a bag that you have to empty. Electricity consumption will be charged separately. Currently 0,60 EUR/KwH. Guest access The guests have unlimited access to the house as well as the annex (log cabin). Other things to note Electricity consumption is charged at 0.60 EUR/kilowatt hour (on site payment or via AirBnB etc). Please bring your own towels and linen We can also make this available for a fee. However, we need to know this sufficiently in advance. So please clarify this in time and before booking. Smoking and pets are not allowed with consideration for subsequent rental guests. Violations and damages are responsible for by the tenants and will be reported to AirBnB.
