The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and many other useful things. The fridge has a freezer. The bedroom with solid pine furniture with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00). The second bedroom has twin beds (0.90 x 2.00) and a large wardrobe. Both rooms have blackout curtains as well as fly screens for a quiet sleep. Shower under the Fehmarnsund Bridge - a beautiful bathroom makes it possible. Equipped with sink, shower, toilet, underfloor heating and hair dryer. The terrace invites you to linger or to heat up the grill in the evening.  In the fully fenced, private garden, children and dogs can romp and play.   The car has a parking space under the carport. In the courtyard you will find connection options for bicycles. A large communal garden with beach chair offers plenty of space to play. The communal garden is also fenced. Other things to note The apartment is located in Gollendorf on Fehmarn, only about 800 m from the Baltic Sea. Directly behind the house, a dirt road leads to the dike and invites you to take a walk. Gollendorf is located between Lemkenhafen and Orth. Here kiters and surfers will find one of the most beautiful standing areas on Fehmarn - there are also many good cafes and restaurants. Very good shopping facilities can be found in Petersdorf, 3 km away. Note: The first preparatory construction work has begun on the neighboring property.
