The space Our modern home offers spacious, bright and stylish rooms throughout, making your trip to Cornwall perfect. We have taken great care in creating a homely space that we invite you to make your own whilst you visit No. 1 Cove Court, Sennen. The house is extremely easy to find as you drive into Sennen from the A30 and we are next door if you have any questions about the house or the surrounding areas. On the ground floor, there is a modern kitchen/diner, leading out onto a south-facing, enclosed garden. The smart kitchen has all the modern appliances you may need, and a convenient utility room for when you’ve returned from a day out. There is a separate living room, with comfy sofas and a large TV for a relaxing evening together, as well as a handy downstairs toilet. Upstairs, the main bedroom has all the storage you need, a large en-suite plus a balcony with gorgeous views of the sea and the setting sun! The very large second bedroom, next to the vast second bathroom, also has a king-size bed and ample storage. Both of our double rooms have a small relaxing lounge area and also space for travel cots for your little ones. Our third well sized bedroom has two single beds and the fourth has bunk beds. There is off-street parking for up to 3 cars. Key amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, a BBQ grill, and a dog-friendly garden to accommodate your furry friends. Guest access There is a smart lock at the property and a unique code will be shared with you prior to your arrival. Guests have full access to the entire home, including the garden and outdoor dining area. Other things to note The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine. We have a few pods to start you off and more can be purchased. If you would like to bring your own, they are 'Vertuo' coffee capsules. The property is available for 6-month long-term rent during the winter months, please enquire.
