Welcome to The Old Rectory. This is a delightful 13th century house set in lovely peaceful surroundings in the heart of Mirfield.Feel secure behind electric gates and make yourself at home.Relax in your own space in our cottage attached to the side of our home. Have a romantic evening with a glass or wine or 2 underneath our ancient Mulberry tree The space You have your own private entrance with a kitchen, lounge and bedroom. The bedroom can either have twin beds or i can push them together with a mattress topper to make a lovely king size bed. On booking please let me know which you prefer. There is a fully equipped kitchen. We think we’ve thought of everything. Please let us know if there is anything else you need. There is a washing machine and a large fridge/freezer with in built ice machine. The lounge has a log burner which you’re welcome to use. We provide you with logs and matches. We have lovely gardens here which you are very welcome to walk round. You will find the Old Mulberry tree which was donated to The Old Rectory by King James 1. It bears fruit towards the end of Summer. Help yourself to Mulberries if there are some! We also have a fire pit outside which you’re very welcome to use. There is also a seating area outside at the back of the house for you to use obviously weather permitting. We have 2 entrances with electric gates for each. We will provide you with a fob for these during your stay. We have Netflix for you to watch Guest access We have 2 entrances into the property, both behind electric gates. The front gate is located on Pinfold Lane. The back gate is located in Park Drive North. Other things to note There are steps going down into the property but there is a hand rail. There are steps going up to the bedroom but again with a handrail. We have 3 cats that live with us. Due to this we are unable to accept dogs for long periods of time. However if your stay is only for a few nights we can accommodate very well behaved dogs
