A cozy apartment of about 160 m² awaits you for you alone. On the first floor, there is the bright living room with a foosball table, a cozy bedroom, a bedroom and study with desk, a large kitchen with dining area and the bathroom. Upstairs are 2 large bedrooms that require traveling up a spiral staircase to access. Both floors have a balcony. The location is beautifully green, quiet yet central. The space In the largest bedroom there is a cozy double bed and 2 single beds. In the second bedroom, there is a sofa bed for 2 people and a single bed. The living room has two large sofas. One of the sofas can be pulled out as a bed. In the living room, there is also a 75-inch smart TV without cable connection, with Netflix, YouTube, etc. (without account). In the bedroom on the second floor is a large double bed. In another room is a large wardrobe, a desk for working and a single bed. The kitchen is equipped with a sink, stove and oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, sandwich toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, dishes and everything you could possibly need. On request, high chairs, a children's travel bed and two baskets of Duplo bricks and train tracks can be provided. Guest access An uncomplicated and independent access to the apartment is provided via a front door and an apartment door key. Other things to note Dear guests, We look forward to welcoming you here. Here is some more information so that all guests have a nice time: 1. Welcome! :) 2. SHOES: Please always take off your shoes downstairs in the stairwell. 3. ALCOHOL: Please do not consume alcohol in the apartment and do not hold parties. The apartment below yours is inhabited. 4. Information about the Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. 5. SMOKING: Please do not smoke in the apartment, but only on the balconies or outside. 6. KITCHEN: You are welcome to use the oven, stove, dishes, pots, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc. Please leave them as you found them and use the baking paper provided for the trays. Since the Löhne water is very calcareous, we ask you to use the provided water filter for the use of the kettle and the coffee maker. 7. DISHWASHER: The dishwasher can be used. Please rinse the dishes roughly beforehand. You can distribute 1-2 tablespoons of the dishwasher powder under the sink in the dishwasher (otherwise it will not dissolve well). Then simply press the second button from the right twice and the dishwasher will run. If two characters light up red on the right, please refill salt and rinse aid. 8. WASHING MACHINE: The washing machine is at your disposal. Please only use it when it is full or almost full. Please only distribute a maximum of one tablespoon of washing powder in the washing machine so that it does not clog. Two clothes racks are available in the apartment for drying. 9. GRILL: On the balcony there is a grill that can be used and must be cleaned after use with the grill cleaner provided. 10. FOOD: Please do not leave food in the kitchen. Please take it with you or dispose of it before departure. 11.
