This cozy 2 bedroom condo has upgraded furniture and is located on the ground floor. For your convenience, guests can enjoy the on-site hot tub, pool, steam room and gym. You will have access to all the building amenities including underground parking. Extra-large HD TV's in the living room and the Master Bedroom. With 24 hour check-in, a well-equipped kitchen and modern furnishings you are sure to enjoy your stay! The space BED & BATH The master bedroom features a cozy king bed and an extra-large 65' Roku TV. The en-suite bathroom is a four-piece suite, including a tub for those who want to unwind after a day of skiing. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen bed. All bathrooms come fully stocked with plush towels, shampoo and locally-sourced bath products. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN The modern living room has a comfy leather couch for cozying up in front of the stone fireplace, as well as an additional wingback chair. There is a 65' Roku TV also available for those who want to enjoy a movie night. The open-concept kitchen and dining room offer plenty of room for family gatherings. The large dining table can also double as an office space for those working remotely. The well-equipped kitchen stores everything you may need for your stay, including a toaster, coffee maker and microwave. Additionally, all the basics such as salt, pepper and olive olive are available. AMENITIES Guests have access to the entire condo and all of the building amenities, such as the indoor pool, sauna, steam room, gym and outdoor hot tub! PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. There is free underground (1 parking spot per unit) and outside parking available. Guests can also find a personal ski/snowboard locker for storage in the underground parkade. Guest access The condo will be entirely yours during your stay. Find a convenient lockbox to access the unit and check in at the agreed upon time. Other things to note Important Notice!!! The hot tub is currently under construction and is expected to be completed by late Spring of 2026. Construction crews will be working Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and construction noise is expected during these hours. If you have any kind of allergy please reach out to us prior to booking. Please bring your own padlock for the ski locker, or rent one from us if needed. PLEASE BE ADVISED: The hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and gym are all subject to closures at any time due to various circumstances. For our Airbnb guests, we offer an optional Guest Damage Protection policy (aka Damage Waiver) that covers accidental damages up to CA$1000. This policy is designed to protect you from being charged for unforeseen incidents that might occur during your stay. Opting into this coverage allows you to enjoy your time without worrying about minor mishaps. What’s Covered? - Lost keys, keycards, fobs, remotes, or parking passes - Broken cups, plates, or other kitchenware - Accidental stains or tears in furniture, carpets, and bed linens - Accidental damage to walls, mirrors, or other fixtures How It Works - The policy covers accidental damages up to a total of CA$1000. - If any covered damage occurs during your stay, simply report it to us. - We’ll take care of the rest, ensuring you are not charged for the repair or replacement up to the coverage limit. Optional Protection - This policy is optional, and you can choose whether to purchase it when booking. - If you prefer not to purchase the policy, simply decline the waiver during the verification process. - Without the policy, guests will be responsible for covering any damages.
