Fully stocked including blender, mixer and keurig/coffee maker. Private front porch with rocking chairs and second back porch with outdoor dining and porch swing are included in Unit 1. One parking space available directly behind units and additional parking in back in front of garage. Plenty of room to park a camper or boat. Other things to note There is a three-car garage in the back of the property with an apartment above it, where our son with special needs currently lives. You may see him out and about.
