The house has a 40 m2 living room with views of the Alhambra, fully equipped and comfortable, with a sofa, two armchairs, and easy chairs. It also includes a CD player and radio. The house HAS INTERNET ACCESS. CELEBRATIONS AND PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. There is no good parking on the outskirts of the neighborhood, so it is advisable to park in the city center and take a taxi. Therefore, it is NOT RECOMMENDED FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY PROBLEMS OR CHILDREN, as the house must be reached on foot (3 minutes from the taxi rank). Central heating is provided throughout the house. On the lower floor is the dining room, next to the fully equipped kitchen. It measures 40 m² and has central heating. The house has two full bedrooms upstairs, each with double beds suitable for two people (one 1.50 m and the other 1.35 m), a wardrobe for hanging clothes, enough drawers for storing clothes, and heating in each bedroom. They are spacious enough and have all the necessary amenities. These are quiet rooms, free of noise, as they face pedestrian streets with no traffic. All linens (sheets and towels) are included.
