Cottage close to Provins

A pleasant place for lovers of nature and simplicity. The cottage is located in our garden, accessible via the paved path. Composed of 2 rooms, the living room is equipped with a kitchen area with a dining table and 2 chairs, as well as a sofa and TV area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a desk, with a shower room. Our accommodation can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 10 years old (fees apply). No smoking allowed. The space Two-room house facing the garden and the swimming pool. At the back, there is a bridge and a river full of moorhens, ducks, geese, and other species that inhabit the waterway (there is no safety barrier in front of the river). You can also enjoy the garden furniture that we have set up as well as the pool with suitable time slots. You can park your vehicle outside our property (it's free). Guest access Guests have access to the entire apartment (the 2 rooms), which is completely separate from our house. Regarding travel: 5 min drive to the Medieval City of Provins 20-30 min walk to the Medieval City of Provins 6-7 min walk to Champbenoist/Poigny train station (direction Paris Est or Provins) 50 min-1 hr drive to Disneyland Park 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes by car from Paris, same travel time by train Easily accessible transportation, taking you to these same destinations (train, bus) Other things to note Unfortunately, our accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. It is also not suitable or safe for children. Also, please note that the road is close to the cottage, although it is hidden by our house, but absolute quiet is not guaranteed. The pool is open from May to October Rules to follow for the POOL: - accessibility hours: from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM - Do not run around the pool - No jumping into the pool - No diving in the pool - remove jewelry - Don't swim with sunscreen on - Do not eat around the pool - No smoking around the pool - Swimming is allowed for children but only under the responsibility of their parents - The towels provided for the accommodation cannot be used for the pool. Please bring your own towels for this purpose.
