⚠️ Attention, garden currently under construction (Feb to June 2026)! Pleasant place for lovers of nature and simplicity. The maisonette is located in our garden, accessible by the paved path and is composed of two rooms. The living room is equipped with a kitchen area with dining table and 2 chairs, as well as a sofa and TV area. Then there is the bedroom furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, with a shower room. (Non-smoking) The space Two-room cottage facing the garden, with a bridge and river at the back, home to moorhens, ducks, geese and other species that inhabit the watercourse (no safety barrier in front of the river). You can also enjoy the garden furniture we have set up, as well as a swing for the little ones (exceptional case). You can park your vehicle outside our property (it's free). Guest access Guests have access to the entire accommodation (both rooms) which is completely separate from our house Other things to note Unfortunately, our accommodation is not suitable for people with limited mobility. It is also not suitable or safe for children. In addition, it should be noted that the road is close to the cottage, hidden nevertheless by our house, but absolute calm is not guaranteed. With respect to travel: 5 min drive to the Medieval City of Provins 20-30 min walk to the Medieval City of Provins 6-7 min walk to Champbenoist/Poigny train station (towards Paris Est or Provins) 50 min-1 hr drive to Disneyland Park 1 hr-1 hr 15 min drive to Paris, same travel time by train Easily accessible transport, taking you to these same destinations (train, bus)
