"Ariella Home" is a portion of an old farmhouse typical of the Marche countryside. Located on a hill in Montegiano, near the medieval village of Mombaroccio and the Sanctuary of the Blessed Sante, it enjoys a beautiful view of the valley, a few km away you can reach the Adriatic Sea in the cities of Fano and Pesaro. If you are looking for rustic accommodation, surrounded by nature and tranquility, Ariella Home is ideal for you. The space The rustic-looking house was renovated in the 1990s, the exterior walls are made of sandstone and brick, the interior is characterized by high ceilings with wooden beams and parquet floors. The entrance is on the mezzanine floor under a covered balcony from which you enter directly into the dining area with kitchenette, equipped with refrigerator, oven, microwave, sink, dining table, dishes, cutlery, pots and various utensils, from here you also access the terrace from which you can admire a fantastic view. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms and a bathroom: a large double room with a standard-sized bed, a baby crib, a wardrobe, a dresser, and a desk. The second bedroom has two single beds, with a wardrobe and bedside tables. The full bathroom is equipped with a sink, toilet and bidet, shower and washing machine. All the furnishings of the interior are from the late 1800s, typical furniture of the local peasant houses, recovered and restored by the owner himself, chosen to maintain the ancient charm of the past. Outside, a large green space, equipped with deckchairs, parasol, benches and wooden table, children's games and above all a whirlpool tub to enjoy the silence and nature of this place in total relaxation. The garden (unfenced) of about 40 square meters and the whole house are independent and at the complete disposal of guests, there are no other houses nearby (the nearest is about 200 meters away). Ancient olive trees, lavender bushes, climbing roses and an ancient vine brighten the garden of this ancient farmhouse, where you can spend a vacation with your family in total privacy and freedom.
