La Vid Rural House

Casa Rural La Vid is a cozy country house located in the center of Cadalso de los Vidrios, less than an hour from Madrid and Ávila. Designed for groups of up to 8 people, it combines tradition, comfort and unique experiences in a charming setting. Enjoy the fireplace, the garden with porch and barbecue, and exclusive activities such as the escape room or themed dinners. The perfect place to disconnect and create lasting memories. The space The home is spread across three spacious and functional floors, designed for families and groups to enjoy a comfortable and practical stay. Ground floor: It has a multipurpose room equipped with a sofa, Smart TV, a meeting table and a small auxiliary kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and everything you need for everyday use. On this floor there is also an additional WC. From here you have direct access to the garden, which has a covered porch with a table and a barbecue area to enjoy the outdoors. First floor: It has a large living-dining room with a fireplace, dining table, sofa, Smart TV and a small balcony overlooking the street. The main kitchen is fully equipped and includes a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, and full kitchenware. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a 150 cm double bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub. The living room has air conditioning and a ceiling fan. Second floor: It has a second full bathroom with a bathtub, a bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, and a large attic room with three 90 cm single beds, a 105 cm bed, and a sofa bed. The house has heating in all the rooms. In addition, the rooms on the second floor have ceiling fans, and the attic room has air conditioning. For families traveling with children, we offer three cribs and a high chair. We also accept pets and provide bowls for animals so that the whole family can enjoy their stay. Guest access The house is rented as a whole, so all spaces and services are for the exclusive use of the guests. It has free Wi-Fi, heating in all rooms, air conditioning, a fireplace and two Smart TVs, where guests can access their own streaming platforms using their personal accounts. The house has two fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine and all the necessary utensils. In addition, it has a large living-dining room, a multipurpose room, a garden with a covered porch and a barbecue area, designed for group enjoyment. The house also offers the possibility of enjoying additional experiences, such as games and activities designed for groups. Other things to note Casa Rural La Vid is not just a place to stay, but a house designed for enjoying group experiences. Guests can enhance their stay with activities such as an escape room inside the house, a street escape around the village, themed dinners or the traditional queimada. The location also allows you to enjoy numerous outdoor activities, such as hiking, cycling, climbing, walks through the Castañar de Cadalso, visits to wineries, tours of the Sierra de Gredos and water activities in the nearby reservoirs. Hot water: The home has a large-capacity hot water tank, enough for approximately six consecutive showers. Once all the hot water has been used, the system needs about two hours to fully recover the temperature. For large groups, we recommend spacing out showers to ensure maximum comfort during the stay.
