"Skovhuset" A wonderful Cottage!!

Do you need to relax in a nice quiet and cozy environment.? The location of this wonderful cottage is absolutely perfect for that. It is situated in a forest plantation with little contact from neighbors. The house contains all you need and more. The space English resume: "Skovhuset" is a beautiful wooden cottage built in the 1979. It is located in Lodskovvad forest plantation near the city of Aalbæk and Skagen. The House is 69 m2: A well-appointed large bright living room with a small fine kitchen is the building's central area. Here you find a fireplace and a large door opening out to a stunning partially covered terrace that goes all the way around the house. There are 2 bed rooms each with a double bed and a sleeping couch and fitted wardrobes and 1 room with 2 bunk beds fitting 4 beds which are very suitable for children . The bathroom is practical and simply furnished with toilet and shower. On the grounds are a 12 m2 annex which can be used for guest accommodation or if you feel the house is to tight. The annex is not heated. "Skovhuset" is situated on a 2500 m2 large natural ground which is open and bright. v The vegetation consists of heather and small trees and grass. Here is the possibility of lots of fun and activities. Facts: The house is heated with a wood stove and electricity. Firewood calculate 50 kr per basket. Electricity: 2.50 DKK / kWh Minimum stay of 2 nights must always take place from Friday to Sunday. Otherwise, minimum stay 3 nights. Equipment: Radio / CD, iPod player. DVD player. Games, books, magazines, grill etc Television (only DR channels) Kitchen: Stove, refrigerator freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Washer and dryer Important: Bring your own towels, tea towels, dish cloths, bed linen. Keys are picked up at the agreed location. Cleaning: The house is cleaned on departure at a fee of 400 kr. Smoking is not permitted indoors. Bringing pets taken further measures. Important: The House must be left like it was when you arrived!! AREA: The beautiful east coast is a really great holiday destination for the whole family with kid-friendly, car-free beaches and many beautiful destinations. There are good opportunities to catch your own dinner, either from piers or you can buy fish at the ports of Ålbæk and Strandbygaard active fishing port. The area offers good activities opportunities for both large and small. Skagen ,Grenen, the museums and the beautiful old houses are always worth a visit all year.
