We offer accommodation in a new guesthouse, located in the heart of the wine village of Mutěnice in South Moravia in a location called Búdy. The guesthouse can offer accommodation in 4 double rooms with private bathroom or 2 triple and 1 quadruple room with shared bathroom. Our guesthouse will provide you with accommodation in rooms with rural-style furniture with TV and wifi amenities, you will offer tasting and sitting in a cellar with a good glass of wine and walking through the picturesque countryside. The space Penzion Šarlota is also an ideal place for corporate gatherings. It will provide you with a cozy, stylish background for your company advice, training, workshops, presentations. There is a common room for the entire guesthouse, where there is a fully equipped kitchen. Outdoor seating is available at the guesthouse. ***The guesthouse is in the location of wine cellars, people go to this location for wine, entertainment and singing. Therefore, there may be a louder neighborhood over the weekend, depending on the composition of guests*** ***AIR CONDITIONING*** The air conditioning is only in the rooms that are in the attic, which means in two three-bedroom and one four-bedroom. There is also air conditioning in the hallway. Rooms on the ground floor are not air conditioned. Guest access Room, bathroom, kitchen, and common room. Other things to note For guests who are interested in wine tasting, it is possible to save the tasting directly from the barrels in our neighboring wine cellar. ***Breakfast is not included.
