Etc... Everything is so convenient at the resort. Other things to note Guests must agree to all Rules and Regulation of Friday Harbour Resort and Cooperation No shoes within the condo. Please keep the noise down between 11pm and 7am as per Friday Harbour guidelines. Please wash your dishes after use. Extra cleaning fees may be applied if dishes have been left unwashed. Do not rearrange our furniture. Guests that host parties without permission or are disruptive to neighbors, will be asked to vacate the property immediately with no refund. If anything is broken or damaged, please advise immediately so we can replace it If you damage the home, you may be charged up to $500,00 Moderate Free cancellation for 48 hours After that, cancel up to 5 days before check-in and get a full refund, minus the service fee. For any lost fobs/keys a $200 fee will apply. If you are looking for a birthday, honeymoon, romantic getaway, or another occasion, we can work together to make your getaway extra special. Please message us for more details. Guests suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind will be asked to vacate the property immediately. COVID-19: We are placing a strong emphasis on cleaning and sanitization in accordance with Airbnb safety protocols. Feel free to reach out with any questions. Special cleaning procedure to sanitize the unit is now implemented. The whole apartment will be sanitized with UVC light to kill bacteria and virus, after the visit of each guest.
