Our home is sitting on a beautiful country tree line with complete privacy but has city convenience. We are located within 3 miles to shopping & restaurants, 5 miles to downtown Bowling Green, 4 miles to WKU Campus, 3 miles to Lost River Cave, 40 miles to Mammoth cave. You will have exclusive use of Poolhouse, backyard & In-ground pool (open May to Sept) blacktop driveway parking. Come enjoy our private Poolhouse with many indoor - outdoor amenities for a relaxing get-a-way. Rustic Pool house, with double glass doors that open to view TV while in Pool or listen to music on outdoor blue-tooth surround speakers while floating and soaking up the sun. Pool house has 1-king size bed and 1- Queen size fold out Couch with Serta pillow topper, Cable TV, free Wi-FI, full size Refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, silverware, plates, bowls, glasses, showering towels, bed linens, , dart board, board games, cards and Cornhole boards. Pool towels, pool floats or personal toilette's are NOT provided. NO glass bottles or glass drinks are allowed in or around Pool area, (due to safety if glass breaks)- plastic and solo cups are provided. No pets allowed. Guest will have private access to poolhouse with shared access to Pool and parking(behind main residence) and fenced in pool area and back yard. We will be out daily to water plans and empty pool skimmer. Pool house is on nearly 2 acres of land surrounded by trees and is very private and cannot be seen by neighbors. We are far off of the road with blacktop driveway-private parking and have AAA alarm security and lock gate to pool area for security. Guest can uber or Lyft from our Poolhouse to anywhere in Bowling Green. Food/grocery delivery/take out services are also available. We are located 5 miles to Lost River Cave, about 15 minutes (12 miles to Corvette Museum, Beech Bend, Jackson's Orchard, and 5-7 miles to downtown Bowling Green, Hot Rods Stadium,Circus Park, Western Kentucky University, shopping and 5 star restaurants.
