You will enjoy the magnificent views of our villa "La Belle Scribote" located on the edge of the Étang de Thau and only 2.5 km from the beach reached by bicycle path or road. You can relax and chill in the nice and quiet 12 x 6 meter pool surrounded by palm trees, a deck and patio, pool house with kitchenette. The 2,000+ square meter walled garden guarantees tranquil comfort in full privacy. You will be staying in a fully air conditioned and fully tiled Mediterranean home of 240 square meters split on two levels. The ground floor, with garden access, has four quiet and comfortable bedrooms with two fully equipped bathrooms. On the first floor you enjoy the master bedroom, a large open kitchen leading into the dining area, salon and our covered and closed terrace overlooking the Étang de Thau, the Mont St Clair and the historical harbor town Sète. The picturesque harbor and centre of Marseillan is less than a kilometre away only a short walk along the lagoon side pathway leading straight to our house. In Marseillan you find a wide choice of Mediterranean fish restaurants and international dining. You will also find the weekly farmers market and most other shops, supermarkets, and services, tourist activities and sailing schools. Marseillan Plage, with its sandy "endless" beaches is less than 3 km away and you can ride your bicycle there on a separate bicycle path leading straight to "La Belle Scribote". Agde and Cap d'Agde is only a short drive away and in the historical town and harbour of Sète you will find fine, Michelin starred dining, and wonderful cafés, terraces and walks in the town and the very active fishing harbor.
