Vacation with a view of Schiltach's half-timbered houses

The apartment is 50 square meters, is on the first floor, has a separate entrance and can accommodate 2-3 people or 2 adults and 2 children. It consists of a bedroom, a bathroom and a kitchen with integrated living area. In front of the entrance is a small patio with magnificent views of the historic old town of Schiltach. We have a charging station for electric cars on our property! The space The bedroom is equipped with a bed (1.40 x 2.00 m), a chair bed (0.80 x 1.90 m) and a large closet. If necessary, a crib can be provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pans, pots, kettle, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker...… etc. In the living area there is a sofa that can be pulled out, creating another sleeping space (1.40 x 2.00 m). A TV is also available. Guest access The apartment and the patio are only used by the guests. The tourist tax must be paid in cash on site and will be forwarded by us to the city of Schiltach. Tourist tax: 1.20 euros per person per day (e.g. 3 days, 2 people = 7.20 euros) Guests who stay in Schiltach for no longer than two days and children under 12 years are exempt from the tourist tax. With the tourist tax you are entitled to a Konus guest card, which entitles you, among other things, to use the public transport of the 2nd throughout the Black Forest free of charge. Other things to note The residential area is very quiet. Parking is available.
