This house has 4 sleeping areas and 3.5 bathrooms. - 4WD or AWD is highly recommended. The space Birdhouse has beautiful stone fireplaces and wood pieces throughout. A spacious banquet-style dining table will accommodate your entire party. A family room/den with a fireplace and game room is downstairs and equipped with a pool table, bar-style seating, and mini-fridge. Both king sleeping areas have private ensuite bathrooms. The two queen bedrooms upstairs share a full hallway bathroom. Bedrooms have HDTVs and fans for your comfort. Important Information: - Birdhouse is located in a private community. Guests are asked to be respectful of the neighbors. Sound travels in the mountains, so please be mindful when enjoying the outdoor areas. - There is a countywide noise ordinance in place after 10 pm.
